According to our clients’ nationality, resolution of contractual disputes are carried out either before   Turkey Football Federation (TFF) Arbitration Board and the Dispute Resolution Committee or at the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber. By making applications to these institutions, litigation process is carried out, administrative correspondence is made with FIFA and TFF for the execution of the decisions and the following processes are followed, and we also support our clients in the resolution of disputes by following and terminating judicial processes before the courts in charge and jurisdiction.
